• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Posting Ads

When posting an advertisement on MyOffers.lk, you agree that:

• All information in your ad is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• You own or have the right to sell/offer the item or service advertised.
• You will not post duplicate ads for the same item in multiple categories.
• Your ad does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You will promptly remove or update your ad once the item is sold or no longer available.
• Ads must relate to legitimate goods or services available in Sri Lanka.

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on MyOffers.lk:

• Illegal goods, drugs, weapons, counterfeit items, or stolen property
• Sexually explicit or adult-only content
• Content promoting violence, hatred, discrimination, or harassment
• Misleading, false, or fraudulent listings
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid scheme promotions
• Listings that violate Sri Lankan law or regulations
• Spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk postings
• Personal information of third parties without their consent
• Live animals (unless explicitly permitted under applicable law)
• Any content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or patents

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate removal of the ad, account suspension, or legal action.

6. Ad Moderation

MyOffers.lk reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any advertisement at its sole discretion. We may:

• Moderate ads before or after publication
• Edit ad titles or descriptions for formatting purposes
• Remove ads that violate these Terms without prior notice
• Request additional information or verification before publishing an ad

7. Transactions and Payments

MyOffers.lk is a listing platform only. We do not facilitate, process, or guarantee any transactions between users. As a user, you understand and agree that:

• All transactions are directly between buyer and seller.
• We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of any goods or services.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from a transaction.
• You are encouraged to exercise caution and use safe transaction practices.
• Cash on delivery or in-person meetings in public places are recommended for safety.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MyOffers.lk, including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of MyOffers.lk and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By posting content on MyOffers.lk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform.
